This is a lovely belt and I believe I will enjoy it for a long time. Quality construction and a tasteful width. One small note I will make - I would not characterize its color as "dark brown". It's more of a medium or "polo" brown suede. Some might even characterize it as a light or snuff brown. I got the belt to pair with Crockett and Jones Harvard 2 loafers in the "Snuff" color and it is pretty close in color to them. I wouldn't say it is an exact match but it is close enough that I think they will wear well together. I do believe the pictures accurately depict the color; so you are getting what you see in the photos, in my opinion. But what you see in the photos and what you get is not, in my opinion, a "dark brown" suede belt.

I finally received my tie and I have to say it's lovely.

This was my first experience with wool challis. Wow, it is wonderful. You can a tight weave so that it dimples wonderfully but you can tell by the feel and look upon close inspection that it is not as fine as silk. As always with Harry’s products, you get great color patterns, expertly printed fabrics with bold colors and clear lines between them. I’ve ordered more in wool challis to prepare for fall/winter!
