Handling Times

Most orders are dispatched same day or the next working day. During busy periods such as seasonal sales, this can be up to 5 working days. We are a small team and appreciate your patience.

Delivery Couriers

We ship in the UK using Royal Mail.

We ship internationally using Royal Mail Tracked International (this is delivered by your domestic postal service) and DHL Express.

Tax

VAT is included for customers in the UK.

For all other destinations, the price shown excludes VAT. You should expect to pay relevant VAT, customs and /or duties at your prevailing local rate.

EU Shipping

We no longer ship to the EU using a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service. This means that you should expect to pay your local VAT and applicable duties on delivery directly to our courier.

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all orders over £200.

Express shipping is free for all orders over £300.
