Ordering & Delivery

US orders are now shipped inclusive of all duties and fees. This means that there will be no surprises on delivery and all the costs are clearly outlined at checkout.

Shipping costs for us have increased significantly as a result of these changes, but we are committed to offer you the best prices possible, and continue to heavily subsidise shipping rates.

You can choose our standard service, Royal Mail, which is fulfilled in the States by USPS. In our experience this is a great value for money option which provides a quick delivery with very few delays. Our express option is UPS, which, while more expensive generally arrives within 1-3 days. There are no customs checks or delays with either option.

EU Shipping

We ship EU orders inclusive of all taxes and duties, so there will not be any extra charges to pay after checkout or on delivery.

If you place an order and then email us to cancel, your refund will be subject to a 3% restocking fee. This is equal to the fee that we are charged by our payment provider which is not refunded to us when you cancel your order.

Handling Times

Most orders are dispatched same day or the next working day. During busy periods such as seasonal sales, this can be up to 5 working days. We are a small team and appreciate your patience. 

Delivery Couriers

We ship in the UK using Royal Mail.

We ship internationally using Royal Mail Tracked International (this is delivered by your domestic postal service) and either Fedex or UPS as our express option.

Tax

VAT is included for customers in the UK and the EU. 

Duties are included for customers in the US.

For all other destinations, the price shown excludes VAT. You should expect to pay relevant VAT, customs and /or duties at your prevailing local rate. 

 

Free Shipping

Standard shipping is free for all orders over £300.

Express shipping is free for all orders over £400.
