Dark Brown Bridle Leather 1" Belt

Our bridle leather belts are made by hand in London.

We use sturdy bridle leather from Sedgwick & Co in the West Midlands — a vegetable-tanned hide originally used for equestrian goods. Sedgwick make arguably the best bridle leather around. It has a distinctive waxy surface when new, which develops an incredible patina over time. This is genuinely an item you can take pleasure in as it develops its own character.

Cut to a width of 1 inch — a size that works across the formality scale, looking particularly chic with tailoring as well as jeans, chinos and fatigues.

Hand-stitched with natural linen thread and finished with a brass buckle in an elegant curved shape.

The size is measured in inches from the prong to the centre hole.
