Brown Windowpane Tweed Safari Jacket

Our safari jacket is cut with a relaxed silhouette for easy, everyday wear.

Four buttoned front pockets with inverted pleats offer generous storage while remaining practical for travel. An integral drawcord allows the waist to be shaped to your preference.

We’ve used a 370 g/m² undyed tweed, woven exclusively for us in Huddersfield. The colours in the cloth are taken solely from the naturally occurring shades of British-breed sheep. The brown ground comes from the fleece of the Shetland sheep, with a darker brown overcheck from the fleece of the Jacob sheep.

With no dyes in the yarn and no chemicals used in preparation — only natural soaps in the finishing — the result is a wonderfully soft fabric with great body and drape.

We wear ours slightly loose, with the waist cinched and the collar flipped.

Made in England. Matte horn buttons from Gloucestershire. 100% wool, woven in Huddersfield.
